My experience with the ACT’s course has been extremely enriching and well-structured. The course content was clear, practical, and easy to understand, especially the modules on teaching young learners, classroom management, and lesson planning. The assignments helped me apply theory into real teaching situations, which boosted my confidence as a teacher. Overall, this course has strengthened my teaching skills and prepared me well for real classroom environments.

It was great. Especially after the incident with me when I could not complete the course on time, the team supported me and gave me some extra time to complete the course.

The online sessions were good and interesting; however, after missing a session and informing the coordinators, no separate session was arranged. The reading material was good, but sometimes a bit monotonous....maybe an online session teaching concepts could help understand better. Overall, the staff was cooperative, and the certificates usually arrive on time.

My experience with the TEFL/TESOL diploma has been very positive and informative. The course helped me understand the basics of English language teaching in a clear and structured way. I learned how to plan lessons, manage a classroom, and use engaging activities such as games, role-plays, and pair work. The course also improved my confidence as a teacher by focusing on practical teaching techniques rather than only theory. The modules on teaching speaking, listening, reading, and writing were especially useful. Overall, the TEFL/TESOL diploma has prepared me well to teach English effectively and confidently to learners of different levels.
