Our training centre is located in Kasba, one of South Kolkata’s most accessible and well-connected commercial areas. The centre offers purpose-built training rooms, a dedicated resource library, breakout spaces for group activities, and all the essential infrastructure for a world-class, in-person teacher training experience.

Course Delivery

The programme is designed through a blended learning format that combines intensive in-class training, live online sessions, and practical RPL-based learning to provide a flexible yet comprehensive professional development experience.

Phase 1: Full-Time In-Class Training
Duration: 16 November – 27 November 2026

Participants will begin with 2 weeks of full-time, face-to-face training, focusing on practical teaching skills, classroom strategies, and hands-on learning experiences.

Phase 2: Live Online Sessions
Duration: 7 December 2026 – 11 January 2027

The remaining training component will be completed through 10 live online sessions (30 hours) conducted every Monday and Thursday, allowing participants to continue their learning journey with expert guidance while maintaining flexibility.

Phase 3: MEPSC RPL Sessions
Duration: 14 January – 11 March 2027

Participants will complete 17 MEPSC RPL sessions (51 hours) focused on recognition of prior learning, professional competencies, and workplace-based skill development.

The complete programme will be delivered over approximately 17 weeks (nearly 4 months), combining classroom learning, online interaction, and practical professional development.
